11 Month Warranty Inspections

Was your home built in the last 11 months?

Are you finding little things that don't seam right or not functioning right?

You are in need of an 11-month Warranty Inspection.

An 11-month warranty inspection is typically done just before the builder’s warranty expires. This inspection is critical to finding defects in the home that might have been over looked during construction and revealed while you are living in it.

Common Defect Findings Include:

  • Improper Roof Vent Installation
  • Missing Insulation
  • Leaking Plumbing
  • Loose Toilets
  • Missing Grout
  • Cracked/Damaged Shingles
  • Minor cracks in the stucco
  • Cabinet Damage
  • Appliance Damage
  • The list goes on…

Our inspection report is also a great check list for the builder to do repairs and it keeps them accountable to the repairs needed on your home after the inspections is reported.
